Work Experience
Orders Management
• Orders entry for dealers billing and inter RSO movement in SAP
• Execution of orders sent by dealers/Sales team on a daily basis where funds and stocks are available
• Coordinate with RLMs/S&OP/sales team to get the orders as per plan
• Analyse inventory trends and reduce aging inventory with coordination with the sales team
• Achieve order to invoice service ratio as per guidelines
• Convert part load to dispatchable load with regular coordination with RLMs/Sales Team
Logistics Management
• Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations with internal stakeholders, Logistics service providers, dealers, and customers
• Implement logistics principles, policies, and processes to improve operational and financial performances
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within the budgetary requirements
• Monitor delivery performances from Invoice to delivery and logistics cost for both internal and external services
• Monitor and improve logistics service provider performance on weekly, monthly, and yearly frequency
• Review impact of logistics changes in the form of routing, transportation modes, or carriers and inform all stakeholders
• Conduct periodic inventory audits with internal and external agencies to maintain inventory accuracy at RSO
• Keep track of slow-moving and obsolete stock for optimal utilization of yard space

Qualifications and Skills:
• Automobile background with exposure to Aftertreatment system, Fuel system, LNG, Air tank, fenders, fairing, license plate, tail lamp, etc are an added advantage

• Have the capacity to work individually as well as with a small team to secure the right quality deliverables.
• Good in Cross-functional collaboration.
• Have a holistic view of deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release.
• Candidate Should be good in Creo Surface and Solid Modelling.
• Design of Sheetmetal and complex casting brackets.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Root cause Analysis, drawing creation, GD&T is a must.
